Before stepping into her current leadership role, she spent five years working in the highly demanding dining scene of Beverly Hills in Los Angeles, where she developed a strong foundation in luxury hospitality and guest relations. Her global perspective and dedication to excellence allow her to guide the front-of-house team in delivering service that reflects the exceptional standards of the Michelin Guide.
